Never had a problem with Videotape and x265 files, but just as I was trying to play a x265 file today, it crashed. I tested with another x265 file just to check if the problem was with the file and not with Videotape, but, although it played a few seconds of the beginning, it ended up crashing. Those files play perfectly on Videotape on Windows.
